GREEN COLONIALISM: THE EMPIRE WEARS A “RECYCLED CROWN”
Part IX peeled over just the first layer of the Green Colonial Machine. In Part X, we get straight into the gut of the evil beast devouring Planet Earth, which the climate elite refuse to acknowledge and examine. The Western world pretends “Green Colonialism” does not exist and that we are all supposed to look away from it, while chanting “Renewable Future” loud and aloud.

However, here is the uncomfortable reality:
The green transition is not a correction of the past — it is a continuation of the old Empire wearing a recycled crown. Nations may have achieved freedom from their Colonial Masters, but the “invisibly visible” colonialism continues in the name of “Green”. Whosoever said Colonialism has ended is misleading the world we live in. And like every empire before it, it feeds on land, bodies and silence.
GLOBAL SILENCE OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL DISASTER OF THE CENTURY
Gaza and the West Bank are still very much under the occupation of the Zionist State and supported by the so-called powerful Colonial Powers even after 77 years of continuous massacre and killings. Global History is full of brutal Genocide across various continents by colonial powers. The magnitude of environmental destruction in Gaza and West Bank since the last two plus years is beyond repair and despair. But, has any Global Climate Scientists even uttered a single word against “Environmental Catastrophic Damage”? NONE!
Because, it suits their cause of merciless killings of babies, children, young and old – men and women. It is the inborn nature of the colonial powers since Centuries – Nothing has really changed in the world!
Ironically, these are the same colonial powers, who are preaching poor and developing nations about “Green Buildings”, “Bioconstruction”, “Green Culture”, “Green Energy” and blah blah blah, while keeping SILENT about environmental destruction in Gaza.

THE DIRTY SECRETS OF CLEAN ENERGY: MINERAL BLOOD, GREEN SKIN
Every nation, especially the “Developed ones”, loves to boast about EV targets, net-zero deadlines, green energy and “historic renewable investment”. They are often seen standing at podiums surrounded by solar panels like props on a stage, as if the mere presence of a wind turbine absolves them of the sins buried beneath. Beneath every “clean” symbol lies the dirty arithmetic of “quiet sufferings of billions” across the globe.
The simple logical truth may be hard to digest by the large Corporation and the Elite Class, but “There is really no green future without tearing open the Global South’s rich mineral deposits – Gold, Diamonds, Rare Earth just to name a few”.

THE MYTH OF CLEAN TECHNOLOGIES
There is the “Super Golden Caveat” to Green or Clean Technologies. Have you ever reasoned it out logically?
EVs, solar arrays and wind farms are the “poster children of the green revolution”. They all require massive quantities of minerals extracted through processes so destructive that they will even make fossil fuel extraction blush.
To build one electric vehicle battery, you need:
Lithium drained from Indigenous aquifers – Cobalt hacked out of narrow holes by the poorest of the poor – Nickel ripped from deforested tropical soil – Rare earth minerals refined through toxic sludge and chemical baths – This is the anatomy of “clean”.
However, the “Renewable Sector” has tried to bury this truth with PR gloss. But no amount of polishing hides the global reality that ‘A Tesla battery is a mine wearing makeup’.

LITHIUM: THE SILENT DEATH OF WATER
Three nations Chile, Bolivia and Argentina form the Lithium Triangle — where water is not only scarce, but also it is sacred and life. Interestingly, lithium mining devours it.
To extract one ton of lithium, mining operations pump out half a million gallons of groundwater — water that will never return back in Earth, water that communities have depended on for Centuries. Evaporation ponds stretch across the desert like blue-green scars, beautiful from the air and catastrophic on the ground.
But will the Collective West ever show these harsh realities in their glossed over “Climate Documentaries”?
They will never show the cracked well-beds; the dying livestock; the poor communities forced to abandon their ancestral land, because the “green revolution” needed their water more than the real inhabitants of the land.
“The battery wins; the people lose. The world applauds; the desert dies.”

COBALT: THE PRICE CHILDREN PAY FOR WESTERN CONSCIENCE
In the Katanga region of the DRC, cobalt is everywhere — in the soil, rivers and even in the bodies of the miners. It coats children’s lungs. It buries men alive.
It poisons women’s water sources.
And yet, cobalt is the one mineral the West pretends not to see – Why?
Because the entire EV industry depends on it and dependence demands silence. For every “ethical supply chain report”, there are entire towns where people cough blue dust. For every “responsible sourcing certification”, there are children climbing into pits because their families have no other choice.
The cruel world congratulates itself for cutting emissions on social and professional networks.

Meanwhile, Congolese miners are cutting through toxic earth with their bare hands. To make a ‘green’ battery for the West, a village in the Congo goes dark.
And nobody in the West wants to turn the lights on for them.
NICKEL, RARE EARTHS AND THE NEW FRONTIERS OF EXTRACTION
From Indonesia to Brazil, Myanmar to Madagascar – the green boom has opened up a new map of sacrifice zones — places deemed expendable in the name of “Saving the Planet”. How interesting and amazing it is, isn’t it?
Massive nickel mines swallow rainforests. Rare-earth refineries turn rivers into metal-infused sludge. Chemical runoff kills ecosystems faster than satellites can map them. Yet Western Leaders, Corporation, NGOs allied to Corporate Companies, Mainstream Media and Climate Scientists keep repeating the mantra:
“Renewable is clean”.
Have you ever demanded to ask – Clean for whom? Clean where? Ironic but the harsh truth is that the ones writing the slogans are not at all the parts of the world doing the suffering without a voice or say. In reality, the slogan writers are the ultimate benefactors.

DISPLACEMENT AS PROGRESS: INDIGENOUS LANDS UNDER SIEGE
Green Colonialism does not only extract minerals, but also extracts billions of lives. Around the world, the Indigenous Communities stand on the frontlines of a global land grab dressed in environmental righteousness since Centuries.
CARBON CREDITS IS THE “NEW COLONIAL CURRENCY”
Governments and Corporation purchase “offset land” like it’s nothing. Millions of acres are declared “protected zones”, so that Western industries can keep polluting under a “Green Badge”. This protection comes at a cost, which everyone conveniently overlooks shamelessly knowing too well – Indigenous Communities and Population are pushed out, denied access to their own ancestral territories, because someone in Europe or the U.S. needed a “Carbon-Neutral” sticker.
If that was not enough – the Big Cruel Joke is that it is called “Conservation” and the locals call it “Eviction from Ancestral Lands”.

THE LITHIUM TRIANGLE: WATER, LAND AND THE BROKEN PROMISES
Communities are told the same lie over and over again:
“This will bring progress”; “This will create jobs”; “This will be sustainable”; “The future will be bright” – blah blah blah!
But progress that destroys your land is not progress; Jobs that poison your water are not jobs; so Sustainable is for whom? Certainly not the people losing their rivers!

COBALT IN KATANGA: EXTRACTION WITHOUT ELECTRICITY
Here’s the cruelest irony of all:
- The people mining cobalt for the world’s batteries rarely have electricity themselves.
- They live in darkness, while the world lights up its future with the minerals beneath their feet.
- They hand powers to fulfill global dreams, while their own dreams and lives are doomed in darkness and certainly not their own – does anybody really cares?
“They are asked to sacrifice their homes for elite’s Tesla dreams” and shamelessly the world never even says thank you.
