Between June 2025 and June 2026, human greed catastrophes increased by 73.21% and the number of affected nations increased by 45.95%. NORTH AMERICA leads with 69 Human Greed Catastrophes, accounting for 35.57% of the global total 194 catastrophes for the month of June 2026.
EUROPE follows North America with 62 human greed catastrophes. ASIA with 49, AFRICA with 08, OCEANIA and SOUTH AFRICA with 03 each complete the continental data. Interestingly, North America, Europe and Asia account for an alarming 92.78% of the global human greed catastrophes of 180 out of total 194.

DEVELOPED NATIONS’ CONUNDRUM
Destruction seems to go hand-in-hand in the developed nations, where all the so-called top leaders and largest corporations are centered. It is truly flabbergasting to witness the catastrophic destruction of the greedy “Developed Nations”. They are not only getting more and more “Defenceless”, but also have become synonymous with Avaritia Maxima – the Predatory Elite’s Billionaires’ club insatiable greed.
Hypocritically, corporate PRs from these very “Developed Nations” are preaching to the world with their greed-driven propaganda, “meaningless feel-good narratives”, “Green Colonialism Narratives” and “Green Culturism” by paying highly educated professionals and Ph. D academicians to greenwash and brainwash “minds” and “intelligence” of the younger generation of professionals.
On Professional Network, I have exposed many such academicians and highly-placed professionals with my dissect-to-elucidate scientific explanation and ground realities of the universal truth that benefits the younger professionals to better grasp the reasons behind rational thinking and understanding.
SOLASTALGIA AND “THE” STATE OF MY BEING
It has been an overwhelming state of my being, while researching to collect environmental catastrophic destruction data across the world – since the last 7 plus years and especially, since April 2026 in particular. My heart cries watching destruction across the nations and my mind goes berserk in an emotional roller coaster ride of bewilderment, anger, empathy, emotional breakdown and not forgetting my duty as a global citizen towards Planet Earth.
The deep impact and scars left within me is really hard to elucidate – trust me no one will be able even to imagine what goes within my heart and mind – All-in-all to generate environmental disaster awareness among professionals and readers alike. I have had multiple bouts of “Writer’s Block” and “Depression”, and yet, I have maintained to keep ‘zerobeyond – the new frontier!’ maintain its monthly frequency with my editorials, interviews and current world view unhindered to the state of my being.
Watching calamitous destructions that are going to be repeated again and again – year after year like the ongoing “Floods in Bihar”, “Nepal’s Destruction once again” – I have suffered in lonely anguish for being so-so helpless and duty-bound at the same time to keep momentum to maintain ‘zerobeyond – the new frontier!’ publishing schedule and keep mentoring-to-groom the younger professionals. It is truly heartbreaking!
The state of my being has pushed me into the state of being lugubrious – One of the main reasons, why I am running behind schedule of our monthly Editorial Series EARTH CATASTROPHES. I may be running late by three months (July, August and September) in presenting the global state of human greed catastrophes…. But my commitment in maintaining my everyday research work has never been compromised. It is certainly not an easy task to be the Editor-in-Chief of your own established global platform – one is duty-bound!
APOCALYPSE NOW!
Millions lose their lives in a fraction of a second when human greed catastrophes open its apocalyptic embrace. Individuals vanish, families perish, houses fall in raging current of waters or get buried under the rubbles of earth, cattle – crops – human lives…. Well, the list seems like never-ending!
